The password reset had two steps. First, you enter your email address. We will validate the existence of the registration according to it - if there is a registration, we will send to to it a link (so called ticket) to validate you are the owner of the email address and thus the account registered by this email address. By opening the link you will receive, the form for resetting the password will be made available.
